Location
The Generator is located in Russell Square, only a few minutes by
tube from Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Piccadilly, with direct
underground connections to Heathrow Airport. The British Museum, Oxford
Street and Leicester Square are only a short distance away.
Description
With over 830 beds and a futuristic design
theme, The Generator is one the capital’s most popular tourist
hostels. A wide range of rooms types are available, from singles
and twins to multi-bed dormitory style accommodation, ideal for student
and youth groups. All rooms feature bunk beds and wash basins, with
shared facilities such as toilets and hot showers available on the
corridors on each floor. The Generator’s excellent communal
facilities include a lively late bar, a games area with pool tables,
satellite televisions, table football, video games and refreshments
available 24 hours a day, an internet room and tourist information
centre.
